How the Indonesian student visa works
- Get admission to an Indonesian university; your university obtains your study permit.
- Your university sponsors your E30 student visa (E30B for undergraduate, E30C for master’s, E30D for doctoral study).
- Processing usually takes about 7–10 days after payment; enter Indonesia within 60 days of the visa being issued.
- On arrival, your visa is converted into an ITAS (limited stay permit) after biometrics at the airport.
